Standard Shipping Rates

- Most orders placed before 1pm on a weekday will be delivered the next working day (ROI only). Some orders may take a little longer. Custom Golf Clubs & Personalised Golf Ball orders do not qualify for next day delivery.

Shipping to USA

The shipping cost is shown on the checkout page once you have selected  USA as your shipping destination. Large or bulky items will incur an extra charge on shipping. This extra charge will only be applied once on each order. Large or bulky items include (but are not limited to) clubs, golf bags, golf carts etc.

Returning incorrectly fitting items to us may be expensive. Please ensure you have selected the correct size when ordering. Please note Shoe Sizes are displayed in UK sizes.

Due to international shipping regulations, it is not possible to ship Lithium Batteries to USA.

Callaway products cannot be shipped to USA.

PING products cannot be shipped to USA.

Shipping Terms

As of January 1st 2021 orders placed for delivery to the UK are subject to import duty. McGuirks Golf are not liable for these charges.

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of products and to fulfil all orders, McGuirks Golf cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the Site. McGuirks Golf reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any good or service listed on this Site at any time without notice. Promotional offers at McGuirks Golf retail outlets may not always be available on the Site and promotional offers listed on the Site may not always be available at McGuirks Golf retail outlets. McGuirks Golf cannot confirm the price or availability of a product until your order is received.

Our goal is to maintain a completely accurate Site. In the event that price or other errors are discovered, we will promptly correct them and the amended provision will apply. McGuirks Golf reserves the right to change or amend prices or promotional offers at any time without notice.

All Goods will be dispatched via DPD Ireland (or DHL to USA) and will require a signature upon Delivery. Please contact us should you require a tracking number for your consignment.

For our EU Customers we provide an effective delivery service to all countries within the EU.

McGuirks Golf reserve the right to cancel orders which are to be shipped to freight forwarding companies.

Returns Policy


Whilst McGuirks Golf carries a large stock of golf equipment and clothing there will be occasions when the item you order will be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you by e-mail or by phone, if this occurs and you will have two choices:

  • If you wish to proceed with the order we will offer you alternative products
  • If you wish to receive a refund we will immediately process this and issue a refund through your credit card.


McGuirks Golf will not accept returns for used golf equipment unless it is defective. Once equipment or clothing has been used or worn it is no longer considered new.

You may return new equipment or clothing within 28 days of purchase.

Online Order returns can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Orders made online can also be returned to any of our stores provided you have proof of purchase.

For items purchased and being returned from the UK (excluding N.Ireland)  you can return items for a refund/exchange within 28 days, provided the product has not been used, is in the original packaging and tags are still attached.

Golf equipment and clothing purchased from McGuirks Golf is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty policy. Decisions regarding the replacement of defective equipment will be taken by the representative of the manufacturer and not McGuirks Golf.

Equipment which proves to be defective within 30 days of purchase will be picked up from you free of charge and a replacement club shipped to you free of charge, provided the manufacturer's representative agrees that the equipment is defective.

After 30 days has expired you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred in returning the equipment to McGuirks Golf. Again, once it has been determined that the product is defective the club will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. McGuirks Golf will then ship the replaced / repaired equipment to you free of charge.

Additional Information

While McGuirks Golf will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates, McGuirks Golf cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Gift Vouchers are now either being delivered by courier which requires a signature upon delivery or by email when you have ordered Email Voucher. Preference is selected during online checkout.

Title to the goods will only pass when delivery is acknowledged by a valid signature from a member of your household who is 18 years or over.

DPD Covid-19 Change in Delivery Procedure:

Changes to Proof of Delivery Capture Procedure:

To mitigate risk of spread of Covid-19 to our own team members, our customers and members of the public, effective immediately, DPD will cease passing the driver's scanner to the consignee to capture a proof of delivery signature.

Instead, where consignee is present to receive delivery, the driver will retain possession of the scanner, will request the name of the signatory which he/she will key into the name field and will capture the words C19 in the signature field. Driver will not capture the signature of the recipient. Where "Safe Place" or "Letterbox" options are in place for the delivery, these instructions will be followed.

GPS co-ordinates are captured at the point where the parcel is scanned as delivered. DPD accept no liability for loss or damage where this new C19 delivery process has been followed by our driver.

This process applies to all deliveries within the DPD Network for the next 14 days and may be extended depending on the status of the Covid-19 pandemic. We will keep you updated.

As before, DPD continues to closely monitor the Covid-19 situation and have been following the advice provided by HSE, WHO and the Department of Foreign Affairs.

DPD had no suspected cases reported at any of their locations but should this happen they will report this to HSE and follow the advice given. No visitors to any of DPD sites will be allowed access without completing a visitor register where they will be required to provide their name and a contact telephone number. This is necessary in order to ensure that DPD has traceability of all site visitors in the event of an outbreak.

Certain delivery and collection locations may become inaccessible if they go into lockdown.

Any deliveries going to an inaccessible location will be returned to us. 

Collections and Deliveries in Europe:
As expected, DPD are experiencing delays with deliveries and collections in Italy and while DPD has no reports of delays in other areas as yet, they expect service to be hampered. They will continue to update us regularly or as events unfold and situations change.
